Privacy Notice
What we collect, why we use it, who may receive it, and the choices you have.
Information we process
We process account contact details, birth year and age attestation, profile information, surveys, answers, private notes, reviews, connection requests, messages, consent records, delivery events, reports, and limited security and device data. Anonymous respondents may submit without giving the creator an email or phone number.
Why we use it
We use information to operate surveys and receipts, confirm contact channels, enable mutual connections, deliver requested notifications, prevent abuse, investigate reports, comply with law, and improve reliability using privacy-minimized aggregate events.
Who receives information
A survey creator receives answers and the chosen response name, confirmation state, survey version, and conversation state—but not the respondent’s email, phone, IP address, device identifiers, or recovery data. Vendors process only what is needed to provide hosting, database, email, SMS/security, bot protection, and—if separately enabled—contextual advertising and analytics.
Sensitive answers
Some optional questions may involve religion, health, sexual orientation or activity, or family and reproductive plans. We request separate consent before processing those answers. You can skip optional questions and withdraw the response.
Retention
Unclaimed anonymous responses expire after 12 months. Closed conversations are generally retained for 12 months. Security logs generally expire after 90 days. Account deletion disables access immediately and schedules eligible personal content for deletion within 30 days, subject to narrow safety, legal, incident, and backup exceptions.
Your choices and rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete account data; withdraw an anonymous response with its private receipt; manage optional cookies; unsubscribe from non-security email; and appeal moderation decisions. Email privacy@ourfuturefit.com.
