Privacy Notice
What we collect, why we use it, who may receive it, and the choices you have.
Information we process
We process account contact details, birth year and age attestation, profile information, surveys, answers, connection requests, messages, consent records, delivery events, reports, limited security and device data, and any legacy notes or reviews retained from earlier versions of the service. Respondents must sign in, but creators never receive their email, phone number, IP address, or device identifiers.
Why we use it
We use information to operate surveys and account-based results, confirm contact channels, enable mutual connections, deliver requested notifications, prevent abuse, investigate reports, comply with law, and improve reliability using privacy-minimized aggregate events.
Who receives information
A survey creator receives answers, the respondent’s display name, confirmation state, survey version, and conversation state—but not the respondent’s email, phone, IP address, device identifiers, or security data. Vendors process only what is needed to provide hosting, database, email, SMS/security, bot protection, and—if separately enabled—contextual advertising and analytics.
Survey answers
Questions may concern personal values, religion, family plans, finances, lifestyle, or relationships. Every published question is required, so review the survey before beginning and do not submit if you do not want to answer it. You may withdraw a submitted response from My results.
Retention
Saved survey drafts remain with the respondent’s account until submission, replacement, or account deletion. Submitted responses remain associated with the respondent’s account until withdrawal, account deletion, or an applicable retention action. Legacy unclaimed responses expire after 12 months. Closed conversations are generally retained for 12 months. Security logs generally expire after 90 days. Account deletion disables access immediately and schedules eligible personal content for deletion within 30 days, subject to narrow safety, legal, incident, and backup exceptions.
Your choices and rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete account data; withdraw a submitted response from My results; unsubscribe from non-security email; and appeal moderation decisions. Email privacy@ourfuturefit.com.
