Terms of Service
The rules for using Our Future Fit thoughtfully, lawfully, and as an adult.
Eligibility and scope
You must be at least 18 years old, live in the United States, and be legally able to agree to these Terms. The service is an intentional-dating conversation tool, not a matchmaking, background-check, identity-verification, counseling, or emergency service.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, protect access to your email and phone, and notify us of unauthorized use. “Contact confirmed” means only that the email address and phone number were confirmed; it is not proof of identity, age, truthfulness, or safety.
Surveys and conduct
You are responsible for what you submit. Do not request or post passwords, security codes, Social Security numbers, government-ID images, financial account or card details, precise live locations, content involving minors, threats, harassment, hate, non-consensual sexual content, illegal activity, or unnecessary medical evidence.
Consent and communication
A survey response may be reviewed only for the disclosed purposes. One connection request may follow a response. Messaging begins only after the respondent confirms an account and accepts. Do not evade blocks or pressure anyone to continue.
Availability and enforcement
We may limit, remove, preserve, or disclose content and suspend access when reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, or enforcing these Terms. Features may change or be discontinued.

Use your own judgment and follow safer-dating practices. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without guarantees about another user, response, outcome, or uninterrupted availability.
